We avoid micromanagement and silos to give our Peppercorn folk the room to grow, challenge themselves and push for continuous improvement. We want to hear everyone’s ideas, no matter what about, and what for.

We’re not a company where we set you a personal development plan and try to hold you to it. We support you in the aspirations you set out to achieve.

Our ways of working

At our core, we have a genuine passion for discovering exceptional individuals and empowering them to excel in their own unique ways. We've chosen to do things differently, not simply for the sake of it, but because we firmly believe it's a superior approach to work.

While we've opted against a physical headquarters, a significant portion of our engineering and software development team is located in Northern England. This allows them to work remotely while readily coming together for in-person collaboration when necessary. Our investors are also based in this region.

Additionally, we have a dedicated focus on Underwriting and Finance located in South Wales, alongside our CEO.

As a fully remote working company, we've assembled a team that spans every corner of the UK.
